An expert on leadership development, visioning, and leading change, Kate Ebner is also a member of the faculty and co-director of the internationally acclaimed Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program since 2005. Kate is a master coach who specializes in helping leaders develop and implement a vision for their organizations, leadership and lives. She is the host of the weekly online radio show “Visionary Leader, Extraordinary Life.”
Kathleen E. Loehr is a principal of Envision, a leadership development firm based in Washington, DC. She is also a founder of The Leadership Sanctuary, a leadership program designed to help not-for-profit leaders achieve their fullest potential.
Kathleen partners with individual leaders and executive teams to bring a unique and highly effective method of leadership development – embodied learning. Rather than focusing on leadership theory, Kathleen teaches generative practices that train leaders to have a strong presence, maintain mindfulness, develop deep collaboration with colleagues, and act effectively and decisively in any moment, regardless of the chaos or challenges presented. Kathleen’s coaching and training is grounded on 30 years of experience as a leader in the not-for-profit sector. She is a pragmatic, intuitive and relational leader who understands the dimensions and demands of leading change.
Kathleen holds a B.A. in Government from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences. She is a certified leadership coach through The Strozzi Leadership Institute, and she serves on the Advisory Board for the Women’s Philanthropy Institute at the Center on Philanthropy.
